- The Question paper in each level will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) only and for every Question, there will be only one correct answer to be chosen from the given options.
- The number of questions mentioned in the above tables for different subjects or topics are indicative and approximate. The actual number of questions in the questions paper may vary slightly, but the total number of questions will remain 150 only.
- There will be negative marking for wrong answers. The negative marking to be awarded for each wrong answers will be equivalent to 1/4th of the marks allotted for that question. For example, negative marking for the wrong answer of question carrying 1 mark will be 0.25 and similarly negative marking for the wrong answer of question carrying 2 marks will be 0.50.
- Selecting more than one option of a question will be treated as wrong answer and will be awarded negative marking.
- Question papers will be in the following languages- Assamese, Bengali, English, Bodo and Hindi.
- The date and time of the examinations will be notified in due course of time.
